Clean Fuel Tax Deduction For Alternative Motor Vehicles
A one-time tax deduction on your federal income tax return from the IRS. The maximum allowable deduction amount is as much as $3,150.
Clean Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Federal Tax Incentive
Tax deductions available to business for installation of a clean-fuel vehicle property and clean-fuel vehicle refueling property from the IRS. These deductions are allowed only in the tax year you place the property in service.
The Department Of Energy's State Energy Program (SEP)
Provides funding to states for the maintenance of State Energy Offices and undertaking state-specific energy conservation projects. Historically, SEP has provided funds on a competitive basis to designated Clean Cities coalitions for specific projects related to promoting alternative fuel vehicle (AFV) infrastructure development; acquiring AFV school buses; and acquiring commercially-available AFVs, particularly for niche market activities. This proposal can only be applied by a Clean Cities Coalition and submitted to the State Energy Office, the California Energy Commission. The solicitation period usually begins late winter and the proposals are due in early spring.
The Clean Fuels Formula Grant Program
Created by the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century, assists non-attainment and maintenance areas in achieving or maintaining attainment status. The program supports emerging technologies and projects that create markets for new clean fuel technologies. Non-attainment and maintenance areas can apply for funds to acquire clean fuel vehicles, repower or retrofit engines for clean fuels operation, and construct or improve facilities to support these vehicles.

Fund provided by Synergy EV Financial, Government Capital, and Comerica Bank for both corporate and municipal fleets for electronic transportation, essential equipment, or fuel infrastructure projects for federal, state, county, municipalities, and others.
